Eco Friendly Planner - Sustainability & Quality

As a responsible company, we continually strive for sustainability in our product design and manufacturing processes. Our focus is not only on creating eco-friendly planners that align with your needs but also on uplifting the local economy by supporting other small UK businesses. From using premium, natural materials to implementing a holistic approach towards product lifecycle management, we are invested in integrating sustainable practices We continually learn, grow, and adapt, staying committed to minimising our environmental footprint while offering you high-quality products.

Sustainable Planner - Design & Manufacturing

Our commitment to sustainability stretches beyond merely selecting eco-friendly materials for our products and packaging. It involves a holistic approach that considers design and manufacturing processes as well.

A Single Planner for the Entire Year

Our productivity planner, crafted from premium materials, is designed to support your time management and planning for an entire year—48 weeks to be precise. This means you don't need to switch it out every 3 or 6 months. While the initial cost may be a bit higher, you'll find it's more economical over the course of the year. This is the only eco-friendly weekly planner, you will need for your planning on yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly levels.

Undated Planner

As our eco planners are undated, we're eliminating potential wastage. We can produce them throughout the year, and you have the flexibility to purchase and start using them at any point you wish.

Made in the UK

As a small business, we believe in uplifting and supporting other local businesses within the UK. All our design and production processes are conducted in the UK. This not only cuts down on fuel usage and associated pollution from transportation but also bolsters our local economy.

Sustainable Planner - Eco-friendly Materials

Premium, Natural Cloth Cover

The cloth cover is crafted from Toile Canvas - a natural and sustainably sourced material. As a classic and high-end book cloth, Toile Canvas is completely free from solvents and heavy metals. The fabric is made of dyed-through FSC™ cotton and is backed with acid-free FSC™ paper, both of which are sustainably sourced. This textile fabric, composed of high-quality cotton and cellulose, exhibits high resistance, making it ideal for our premium eco-friendly planners.

Sustainable Cyclus Paper

To make our planners eco-friendly, we opted for Cyclus paper, a highly sustainable, uncoated, and 100% recycled paper with FSC Recycled certification. An added advantage is that Cyclus paper is produced without optical brightening agents (OBAs). Despite its recycled origins, it offers a remarkably smooth texture, ensuring an excellent handwriting experience.

Cyclus Offset paper, made from 100% FSC® Recycled pulp, significantly reduces CO2 emissions, diverts waste from landfill, and consumes far less water and energy, eliminating the need for wood in its production.

Packaging our Eco-Friendly Planner

Our packaging is designed to protect our product to ensure that it reaches you in impeccable condition.

Compostable Mailing Bags

We use Simplelifeco mailing bags made from a blend of cornstarch and biodegradable polymers. Their mailers meet the strict criteria of the EN13432 European Composting Standard, guaranteeing that they will break down in just 6-12 weeks. Moreover, Simplelifeco plants one tree for every order placed.

Boxes

Our boxes are compostable which means they are capable of disintegrating into natural elements in a compost environment, leaving no toxicity in the soil. They are 100% recyclable and made from 62% recycled materials.

What can you do with the cardboard box after receiving the parcel?

  1. Recycle - if your local waste management services allow, you can put it in your recycling bin.

  2. Reuse - you can reuse the box for sending a parcel of your own or for storage purposes. Our boxes can be stored flat, simply disassemble the box and put it away until you need it.

  3. Compost - put the used box in the food waste collection bin.

  4. Craft and create - the box can be used for various craft projects.

  5. Use for gardening - cardboard boxes can be used in gardening for creating new beds (lasagna gardening) or as a weed barrier.

  6. Donate - some organisations accept used boxes for their own shipping or storage needs. You could look into whether any local schools, food banks, or other nonprofits could use the boxes.

Cello Bags

To ensure our productivity planner reaches you in perfect condition, we use cello bags made in the UK from EN13432 compostable PLA.

Box Fillers

For box fillers, we use shredded paper that is 100% recyclable, reusable, and biodegradable.

Tissue Paper

We use acid-free tissue paper that is 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable.

Stickers and Thank You Notes

Our thank you notes and stickers are locally printed by an eco-friendly digital printing company. We've carefully selected an uncoated paper made entirely from genuine de-inked post-consumer waste, certified by FSC. This paper is produced in a mill that leads the industry in adhering to ISO 14001 environmental management standards. Furthermore, the paper used is processed chlorine free (PCF) significantly reducing water contamination from processing.
