Returns & Refunds Policy
We believe you will love our products, however, should you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise you use the tracked shipping method for any returns.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any of the products are defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be complete and unused in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, is exempt from being returned.
- You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- All items must be sent back in the original packaging.
- Returns will require all original labels to be included.
- We cannot refund any shipping costs incurred for your original purchase.
- Return shipping will be at your own expense, unless the product is faulty. Proof of the product being faulty at the time of delivery is required. Please provide us with images and a detailed description of damage to customer.service@ilmare.store before returning your item, so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.
- Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.
How do I return my order?
- To return your order please email us at customer.service@ilmare.store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will provide you with the address to return your product
- Please include your name and order number so that we are able to easily identify your order and process it quickly.
- Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
- At this time, we do not offer free returns, return shipping will be at your own expense and you are able to send them using whichever method you choose. We recommend using tracked shipping, and keeping your receipt number, as we cannot take responsibility if the product becomes lost in transit.
- Once we receive the returned product(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Will my shipping costs be refunded?
The shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
